- Look guys, companies are bought by other companies all the time, and
- nothing major changes. A friend of mine worked for a company that (I
- think) made switching systems for the internet. They were bought by
- Lotus. Major change: Better benefits. Lotus was bought by IBM. Major
- change: Better benefits.

- I don't think there is anything to worry about. Nobody spends $40M on
- something and then throws it away. AT and VIScorp will be mutually
- benefical to each other.
