  40. Look guys, companies are bought by other companies all the time, and 
  41. nothing major changes.  A friend of mine worked for a company that (I 
  42. think) made switching systems for the internet.  They were bought by 
  43. Lotus.  Major change: Better benefits.  Lotus was bought by IBM.  Major 
  44. change: Better benefits.

  46. I don't think there is anything to worry about.  Nobody spends $40M on 
  47. something and then throws it away.  AT and VIScorp will be mutually 
  48. benefical to each other.
